Supervised lessons and training Course Projects

Third year students give a series of lessons to members of the public with a variety of teaching situations. Working with blind students, hyper-mobile students and those with back pain.

We are keen to prepare students for communicating and teaching the Alexander Technique creatively and effectively. We do several different protects to free the spirit and release new and sparkling thinking! This ranges from creating a cook book, to painting with inhibition and direction, designing and delivering an introductory course to the public and creative writing exercises. Here are some examples.
