Post Graduate Workshops with Carolyn Nicholls and Francesca Aldridge. New dates coming soon. contact us if you are interested in future workshops.

"I have attended many postgraduate workshops with Carolyn and Francesca and found them invaluable to boost my own good use and expand my thinking. They are a major highlight of my year. The subjects covered are always highly pertinent and I find they often answer questions I have had in the back (and often front) of my mind. Carolyn's work is world-class and I feel absolutely privileged to have had the opportunity to experience her powerful and subtle hands, her clear explanations and had the opportunity to get thoughtful and detailed answers to questions.
Francesca's exceptional work consistently reflects and supports Carolyn's experience. Her beautiful hands on work always takes me up in a gentle and quietening way and helps me to understand what is going on for me. Her dynamic and detailed understanding of anatomy and physiology enable her to lecture on varied and relevant subjects and answer any questions thrown at her in an understandable and humerous way." Tara Bentall

Hyper mobility.  Carolyn and her team have successfully trained several people with varying degrees of hypermobility and have expertise in this field.

"Carolyn has transformed my life! I had tried many things to try and ease my Hypermobility, POTS and Migraines over the past 10 years. The technique involves subtle yet very effective changes in how you use your body. In just 6 weeks, I have noticed a significant improvement in my pain and posture and I now feel empowered that I have some tools to help me. Carolyn is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable in the technique and Hypermobility which is rare to find. Highly recommend!" Hannah Fox

"The depth and breadth of Carolyn's knowledge and teaching skills is extraordinary, she is such a generous, warm, and wonderful teacher, and I loved every minute of my time with her. I’m already planning how to get myself over to England to do more work with her next year." Helene Goldberg- Melbourne
